This page explains how to reach Hollout for account help, safety concerns, privacy questions, billing issues, and legal contact details.

01 General Help

For general support, contact [email protected].

  • Include the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, or your username, when possible
  • Tell us what happened, what device you are using, and how we can reproduce the issue
  • Attach screenshots only if they help explain the problem

02 Safety Issues

If something feels unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative, use the in-app report and block tools first when you can. You can also contact [email protected].

  • For urgent real-world danger, contact local emergency services first
  • For child safety concerns, also review our Child Safety Standards
  • Include links, usernames, screenshots, or other details that help us investigate

03 Image Abuse Removal

If intimate, sexual, or private visual content involving you has been shared on Hollout without your consent, or if someone is threatening to share it, contact [email protected] with the subject line Image Abuse Removal Request.

  • You do not need an active Hollout account to request removal
  • Include enough detail for us to find the content, such as usernames, links, screenshots, dates, or where it appeared
  • Tell us whether the content is real, altered, AI-generated, or being threatened but not yet posted
  • We may remove or restrict the content, preserve records for safety review, restrict the account involved, and take reasonable steps to find known identical copies on Hollout
  • Where a law sets a specific removal deadline, we work to respond within that deadline after receiving a valid request

04 Privacy and Account Deletion

For privacy questions or help with deletion requests, contact [email protected].

  • If you can still sign in, the fastest path is the in-app delete account flow
  • If you cannot access your account, email us with the subject line Account Deletion Request

05 Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed by those stores. Deleting your Hollout account does not automatically cancel store billing.

  • Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your App Store subscription settings
  • Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in your Play Store subscription settings
  • Store billing, refunds, and payment methods are handled under the store provider's own rules

06 Appeals and Moderation Review

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, email [email protected] with the subject line Moderation Appeal.

  • Include the account, content, report, feature, or restriction involved
  • Explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed
  • We may keep safety restrictions in place while reviewing the appeal
